1. 7) Sample Callibration : - Use EC meter - intial callibration should be "0" - Rinse electrode With distill water.

2. 3) SOP's : - Use augers for 6-12 inch depth. - Store sample at room temperature. - Perform experiment ASAP. - Avoid sample from Heat. - GLP (good laboratory practice) is needed.
3. 6) Size Of Sample : - Karachi covered Around 3780 km² - Divide this area in Grid-base sampling. - According to our Access with help of Map - Take representative sample.
4. 2) Num Of Sample : -Around 30-50 samples depends our acces. -More representative samples means more accuracy.
5. 8) Chain Of Custody : ⛓ - Select A proper Plan like Apparatus, Area, Laboratory, instruments, Supervision etc. - Sampler ➡️ sample ➡️ Lab ➡️ Lab attendant ➡️ Storage ➡️ Asap or 3-4 days ➡️ Experiments ➡️ Data ➡️ conclude ➡️ result ➡️ report ➡️ present.
6. 4) Sample Treatment Container: - we can store Soil sample in plastic bag. - Or pack container. - Avoid from Heat and sunlight to inhibit microbial growth.
7. 5) Types Of Soil Sample : - Soil in Seaside is high ⬆️ Salt and Water 🌊💧 - Soil in Malir Agricultural area is ⬆️ moister and ⬇️ salt. - Contaminated, salty and heavy metals soil in side area. - Sandy and rocky Soil in orangi and upper areas.
