1.7.2. It can go on for 2 weeks where we do cleanups

1.8. Competitions on who can make the best solution for the pollution of manas lake

2. Filtration and cleaning

2.1. biological nuetrant removal

2.2. territery treatment

2.2.1. Tertiary treatment is the final cleaning process that improves wastewater quality before it is reused, recycled or discharged to the environment.

2.2.2. The treatment removes remaining inorganic compounds, and substances, such as the nitrogen and phosphorus.

2.3. Bioremidation

2.3.1. Bioremediation is the use of bacteria and microorganisms to clean the water.

2.3.2. It will eat up the waste and reduce the fertilizer inside the water.

2.4. Occasional cleanup drives

2.4.1. This can be done for 2 weeks where each grade comes and does cleanup.

2.4.2. It can also be done on field trips and on world water day

2.5. industrial treatment

2.6. New committee made to check and clean manas lake

2.7. waste water reuse

2.8. leaching fields

2.9. Proper bathing areas made for angrewadi residents

2.9.1. Made with concrete and support of PMC and Angrewadi citizens.

2.9.2. Money can raised through fairs at school etc.

2.10. Creating sewage and water treatment plants

2.10.1.1. Sludge digestion

2.10.2. ozone wastewater treatment

2.10.3. Ultraviolet radiation wastewater treatement

2.11. denitrification

2.11.1. These include: (1) Collection ; (2) Screening and Straining ; (3) Chemical Addition ; (4) Coagulation and Flocculation ; (5) Sedimentation and Clarification ; (6) Filtration ; (7) Disinfection ; (8) Storage ; (9) and finally Distribution.

2.12. sedimentation

2.12.1. The sedimentation process is used to reduce particle concentration in the water. The advantage of sedimentation is that it minimizes the need for coagulation and flocculation.

2.13. distillation

2.13.1. Distillation effectively removes inorganic compounds such as metals (lead), nitrate, and other nuisance particles such as iron and hardness from a con- taminated water supply. The boiling process also kills microorganisms such as bacteria and some viruses.
