Validity and Reliability are equally important in determining the quality of the test. Validity measure what it says it suppose to measure and serves the purpose for which it will be used. Reliability serves as indicator if test is consistent (Kubiszyn).

1. Content Validity is assessed by systematically comparing a test item with instructional objectives to see if they match. Content validity evidenced does not yield a numerical estimate of validity (Kubiszyn 339).
