1. Steps to make It

1.1. Gather all the Ingredients

1.2. Marinate the chicken with the lemon juice, ginger and garlic and set aside

1.3. In a pot add the oil over medium heat

1.4. Cook the onions until it becomes translucent for 3 mins

1.5. Add the cinnamon stick, curry leaves and Cardamom Pods to infuse flavor 1 min

1.6. Add the marinated chicken and let it cook until the chicken is browned 3 mins

1.10. Once that is done the curry is ready
