Course Catalog

Course Catalog will instruct individuals across the university with the knowledge and skills needed to perform all business processes related to building and maintaining course catalogs.

Foundations of Student Records

Foundations of Student Records will provide instruction on key concepts and terminology used throughout the Student Records module, overview of Academic Structure, Campus Community Shared functionality, and overview of business processes within the module.

Term Set-up

Term Set-up will provide instruction on how to set-up and maintain values within various components of Student Records including Academic Calender, Schedule Rollover, student data maintenance, and end of term activities.

Course Catalog

Course Catalog Will provide instruction on all business processes required to create and maintain course catalog, enrollment requirements (pre/co requisites), and course equivalencies.

Class Schedule I

Will provide instruction on the processes required to copy (roll over) class schedule from one term to another, propagate updated catalog information into scheduled classes, maintain exam schedules, etc.
