Old website: Our dated website design is keeping us from a new market and from getting new costumers who do care about how a website is organised and how it looks. We have to bear in mind that \"Appearance is Perception\" and we are generating a perceptual error by leading the costumer to think that our range of products might be dated as well.

The Search bar Vs. Natural Search: The results are poor and the search runs slow; There\'s too much information going on at the same time on the website which creates a barrier for the customer to naturally look for products.

The CMS Interface: We call it the Admin page. But our control over it is quite limited, and the interface itself is full of dead functions that no one really knows why or what they’re for. The small control over it or the lack of possible customizations (different access depending on user) duplicates mistakes and diminishes productivity.

We have a million dollar company in our hands, with several million-dollar opportunities. Our potential revenue is something along the lines of 10 times more as you will able to verify. We just need to do something about it. We need our website to have a mobile interface, that simply recognises the device trying to access the webpage and adapts to it, with simpler look and easy access to search, product list, calling the company or even buying a product.

We have no Targets, no annual growth plan, no marketing strategy in place and thus no incentives. Without any of these, a company has no path, no direction and this influences the staff morale and productivity. With realistic incentives and a target scheme in place the company\'s revenue and staff\'s productivity will automatically boom.
