5. Principal

5.1. Phase 1: Guiding change inventiveness. Make recommendations of lead teachers from the middle school that will serve on curriculum committee.

5.2. Phase 2: Plan classroom and school observations. Work to preserve the relationship between teachers and the larger community.

5.3. Phase 3: Engage teachers in conferences about instruction and curriculum and partake in teacher team meetings.

5.4. Phase 4: Ensure 8th grade math teachers have common planning time.
