15. We need to spend time making sure that teacher-student rapport is positive and useful.We see this in a class that is positive,enjoyable and respectful relatiionship between teachers and students.

16. As teachers It is essential for us to act as tutors,we need to make sure that we do not intrude either too much or too little.
