After-What does this TC do?

1. Education

1.1. Conduct software training for faculty and students

1.2. Regularly review existing training resources and update as appropriate

2. Maintenance

2.1. Troubleshoot any staff or student software or hardware issues, such as problems with computer, printer, or Promethean boards

2.2. Report ongoing issues to IT

2.3. Coordinate software updates/upgrades with Networking, IT and Faculty/Staff

2.4. Maintains the school's Facebook, Twitter, and Google + accounts

2.5. Maintains school's website

2.6. Creates and maintains school's calendar of events

3. Other duties as assigned

3.1. Career services contact for resume assistance

3.2. Write school's press releases

3.3. Advisor for the newspaper, SGA, and Honor Council

4. Administration

4.1. Facilitate needs assessment meetings with IT, Faculty, the Instructional Design Team, and Staff regarding software choices.

4.2. Collects and creates student community service records

5. Support

5.1. Assist faculty and staff with account set-up

5.2. Serve as a liason between IT and faculty/students with regard to software and hardware usage
