1.1. Low uncertainly avoidance: extent to which people desire to predict what is going to happen
1.2. High uncertainly avoidance: have low tolerance for uncertainty and need to control

2.1. High power distance: unequal distribution of power is accepted
2.2. Low power distance: member prefer power to be more equally distributed

3.1. Long-term Orientation: values static rewards in the here and now
3.2. Short-term Orientation: emphasizes potential future rewards

4.1. Individualistic: values personal rights and responsibilities
