1. This expectation emphasizes the importance of addressing the emotional and social needs of students, as well as addressing students connections to the natural world, what it means to be part of a global community, and what it means to be a functioning member of society.
2. When students feel as though the people around them care about their success, they will perform better in the classroom.
3. In order to create an inclusive classroom, teachers must include the interests and experiences of their students, especially in a holistic classroom.
4. How do you incorporate Holistic education principles into assessment? This is something I struggled with throughout my study of this specific topic.
5. Holistic education takes more than just a teacher. It requires support from other school staff, and especially involving parents in their child's education.
