1. Course Goal: Students to gain an appreciation for history and apply their skills learned to modern problems
2. Sample Course Learning Outcomes
2.1. Upon completion of this unit, students will demonstrate their mastery of content by displaying representative samples of work in the e-portfolio.
2.1.1. Creation of the eportfolio through Moodle or Engrade
2.2. Upon completion of this unit, students will evaluate their progress by reflecting on the pieces in an online blog or wiki.
2.2.1. Students will create a Blogger for reflection on projects and units.
2.3. Upon completion of this unit, students will analyze achievements of pre-Colombian Native Americans and evaluate if they are comparable to other ancient societies.
2.3.1. Students will create a Prezi comparing and contrasting Native American civs to contemporary ancient.
