1.1. Hosts can be dashers and deliver their cars to the guest
1.2. Host that choose to be a dasher ARE NOT ENTITLED for host self-delivery
1.3. 1. Check if dasher and host are the same person
1.4. 2. If yes, DO NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES
1.4.1. DO NOT CANCEL THE JOB
1.4.2. DO NOT ASK THE HOST TO FILL IN HOST SELF DELIVERY FORM
1.4.3. Host can deliver his car to guest as Dasher
2. Dasher earnings (> RM125)
2.1. 1. Check alert triggered on #dash_trevo
2.2. 2. Call host and verify if the address in Gearbox is correct
2.2.1. a) Address is CORRECT: Update the Slack alert by stating address is correct
2.2.2. b) Address is INCORRECT: Change job address on DASH Gearbox
3. Opt-in for Dasher Delivery (Change of mind)
3.1. Chat Agent
3.1.1. 1. Guest has paid for delivery/pick-up fee but decided to self collect/deliver. Later, Guest had a change of mind and decided to go with Dasher Delivery
3.1.1.1. For Host having a change of mind, please refer to Host Self Delivery: Cancelling Self Delivery/pick-up Job SOP
3.1.2. 2. Confirm the following details:
3.1.2.1. a) Booking Reference Number
3.1.2.2. b) Job type: Delivery or pick-up
3.1.3. 3. Assign for callback
3.1.3.1. Contact reasons: Delivery > Arrangement > Request for Delivery
3.1.3.2. Callback required?: Required Status: Pending
3.2. Callback Agent
3.2.1. a) Validate details provided via live chat by contacting Guest to reconfirm on the request
3.2.2. b) Change Agent in Gearbox from 'Guest Self Pick up' to 'Dasher'
3.2.3. c) Resolve the ticket
3.2.3.1. Callback Required?: Completed (valid)
