1.1.1. Grief Support Programs are offered to the population's of Hamilton, Niagara, Burlington, Haldimand, and Norfolk regions.

1.2. Mission Statement

1.2.1. Our mission is to create a caring, compassionate, non-judmental peer support and educational environment for individuals and families who're experiancing bereavment from a loss. and to connect with others and develop a better understanding of the emotions that come with grief and loss

1.3.1. Our mandate is to provide support programs, services, and resources to those who are experiancing breavment or going through the grieving process. We are committed to helping people from all ages seeking support and comfort by providing a listening, safe, non- judgmental environment to share their grief journey.

8.1. Adult Drop In Group

8.1.1. Drop-In support group for adults aged 18+ for any type of loss, at any stage of grief.

8.2. Healing with hope: Mixed Loss

8.2.1. Offering Support to adults of all ages who have experienced the loss of a loved one.

8.3. TLC/CSC Support Group

8.3.1. Tlc program is for children who have experienced the death of a loved one. Caregiver support runs alongside with the TLC group.

8.4. Pregnancy & Infant Loss

8.4.1. Offering support with or without your partner for those who have experienced a miscarriage, stillbirth or the death of a young infant.

8.5. Bereaved Parents Support Program

8.5.1. Offering support with or without your partner for those who have experienced the death of a child (of any age)

8.6. M.A.I.D

8.6.1. Offering support for those who have experienced a medical assisted in dying journey of a family member or friend.

8.7. Seniors Support Group

8.7.1. Support for individuals 60+ years of age who have experienced the loss of a loved one.
