1. To learn how to just 'be' themselves and with themselves comfortably (where does this go?)

2. Need 1 Self-Discovery: They need to learn about themselves. What motives them? Why do they act the way they do? What has brought them to where they are now? What do they want/believe/value and why? How can they discover their internal source of happiness and what can they learn by being more self-aware?

3. Need 2 Empathy: They need to know they are not alone in their feelings and that what and how they feel is normal. They need to feel understood in their struggle and they need encouragement and validation that they are worthy of a good live and they deserve it.

Need 3 Inner-strength: They need tools to help them trust in themselves, to look inward for solutions to problems, to rely on themselves, to form their own opinions and stand by them no matter what, relative immunity to social expectations and the courage to stay on the path they were meant for. They need to develop the belief that they can do it, no matter what.

They want to know HOW they can live by their values, HOW they can take steps toward living with integrity, HOW to get through obstacles and not give up.
