1. Racism is still alive today, maybe not as strongly as before but it is, whether you're black, white or Asian. For example, working for a company who predominantly has white, uptight males and a few African-American and Asian people they may feel as if they know more than those few and try to give them more work that is harder and more complex just to prove themselves worthy to work there even though they have already earned their spot to be an employee.

4. In most companies/workplaces you dominantly have male bosses. Sometimes they use their dominance of one being male and two being the person to hire or fire. They can be persuasive and have female workers thinking that they can get promoted by doing sexual things to them. This is a form of bullying.
