The power of the pen is something that all autors have because they are in charge of what they write and how the story is. 2)Yes I do think authors have the responcibillity to use their power to make positive changes. People can be influenced by what they read so if there is someone who is doing something good in the story someone can be influenced to do good. 3)No people with power do not have the right to use their power for evil. They should use their power to help others and make 4)Yes a character does use her power for good. Mira uses her power to give food to everyone in the Ghetto.

5. Thoughts and Reactions I thought that this was a good book that shows the fight to end poverty. It shows power and also shows kindness because once they get the smuggled food they share it with the rest of the people in the ghetto.
