2.1.3. This book had a very good reception from the public, since it managed to have very high sales on web pages and a good rating from buyers.

2.1.4. This book was born from the need to motivate today's young people that, if they can get ahead and have a good sporting future with few resources

2.2. Background 2: PDF - “Physical Activity”

2.3. It is a Colombian company founded 40 years ago. The company was founded in 1979 in Bogotá by the economist Carlos Alzate Giraldo.

2.3.1. This great project was born from the need for the teacher's foundation towards the student, as didactic support to provide more extensive knowledge about physical activity.

2.3.1.1. For our Degree Project, it provides us with the information and various necessary contents, which provides basic and theoretical laws; background, exercises and tips for good development of physical activity

2.3.2. The book also addresses the importance of sport since it generates health benefits.

2.4. Background 3: Book (Volleyball)

2.4.1. Born on March 7, 1962 She was the coach of an American team

2.4.1.1. She began her career in 1964 at the University of Carolina, which lasted approximately 26 years.

2.4.2. Due to his love of sport and the obvious weaknesses that his team presented, he saw the need for a support method for the foundation and deepening of the sport they practiced.
