1. Learning about Social Rights straight from people involved in the Council of Europe
2. We were motivated by the concept of Long Term Training Course with a long period of time;
2.1. We came to share and get to know other participant's experience

3.2. Motivate young people to participate
3.2.1. Give youth the confidence to take risks
4. PETER: More knoledge on the topic and skills with the work with young peope. HRIPSIME: She works with those who suffered domestic violence, to be more efficient in helping and supporting them, so she will need more specific skills to work with youth coming from disadvantaged regions. RALUCA: she wants to improve knowledge of youth policy, networking, coworking. ASH: She wants to create a youth center for humain rights and european values education to promote young people participation bouth local and international.
5. To learn how to develop/structure a project that would target disadvantaged groups and would facilitate their access to rights
6. discover what the seminar can bring and by what maneer we can use the knowledge
7. To implement a local project in partnership with the local administration with the support and mentorship from the ENTER team
8. We want to learn how the Council of Europe works and what they can do for youngsters and professionals
9. Motivate youngsters to join other projects than their projects
10. Building partnerships throughout Europe
10.1. Networking of local governments
11. Our group ( Lesya, Yana, Olena, Olya, Abu) is motivated by finding new experience from each other and the education training course, and to promote the principles of Council of Europe into local realities.
12. Support of the Council of Europe. Branding, visibilty and importance with the support towards the local municipality

14. Learn tools to involve local authorities in our projects
