1. Green Gap Analisys
1.1. Audit will provide us with current "Green Practices" you already have in place
1.2. Based on the above we create a Green Gap Analysis which will explain to you were financial & environmental improvements or changes can be made
2. Audit
2.1. Walk through assessment - Preferably after hours when Company is 'at rest'
2.2. Key employee to be present to answer relevant questions
3. Implementation & Re-Evaluation
3.1. This is the process were we take what we have learned from the Sustainability Plan and work with you to realise your financial savings and and work on improvements in your Sustainability procedures ensuring a positive impact on the environment. From here we constantly re evaluate the process.
