Students Laptop & Internet Rules and Regulations for EDCT 2030

1. What if a Student Breaks the Rules

1.1. If a student breaks the rules proper punisment will be assessed and there will be a discussion with the students parents about what happened today in class or a possible call home.

2. Returning Laptop After Class

2.1. After Class, students should return the laptop in the same condiition as they recieved it. Then, they should plug it into the charger so the next student will be able to use it and it will be fully charged for them.

3. During Class

3.1. Students are only allowed to be on the laptops when teaching is not going on. Or when I am guiding them through a lecture. Students should not be on any gaming or social media websites during class

3.2. Students may use the internet when teaching is not going on such as if I give them a break they may go on the internet and surf the web. But students may not be on the internet when I am lecturing

4. When the students are given their laptop they should care for it as if it is their baby. These laptops are expensive and I would not want for the student to break it and have to replace it. If a student needs to use the laptop they should immediately put it on their desk and try there best not to drop it.

6.1. Students may not download anything that is not school/course related. If the students are found doing so proper punishment will be taken against them. I have warned them early so nothing that is not required in the course should be downloaded.Students may not download anything that is not school/course related.
