6.1.1. An individual who vividly follows the law of man makes him a good citizen . But does not necessarily implies he is a good man .     

6.1.2. Therefore a person can be a good citizen and a good man at the same time . And he too can be a good man but not necessarily be a good citizen or vice versa .   

6.1.3. But  not all laws are for the betterment of our society . For example , RH law legalizes abortion thus giving the pregnant women a choice ? And if these women choose abortion , won't the violate the right of the baby or fetus to live ? So she followed a law ? But was is right ? 

6.2. Fair and non-discriminatory laws are the framework for a civilized society

6.2.1. Therefore a person can be a good citizen and a good man at the same time . And he too can be a good man but not necessarily be a good citizen or vice versa .
