1) Exhaust Temperature Sensor Assembly PC Board, 9000-376-000 is attached to the Star M Base, 6000-100-014 (Confirm the P/N on Sensor PC Board inside of Exhaust Air Duct).

2) Black RTV, 75-504-09 is applied behind Star M Exhaust Air Duct, 6000-200-057 and completely fills gap between Air duct, 6000-200-057 and Star M Base, 6000-100-014.

3) Star M Floppy Door Guard, 6000-200-059 is secured firmly into place with no play.

4) Four Bushings, 9000-110-012 are installed in Star M Base, 6000-100-014.

5) Foam foot, 9000-100-033 is installed with no signs of damage and is not lifting or separating from the base.

6) Four Rubber Feet, 9000-100-037 are fully installed underneath Star M Base, 6000-100-014.

7) Base to Middle Gasket, 9000-100-105 is present on all edges and installed to inside edge.

8) Lot ID labels are present and finished quantity matches Job Traveler quantity.

9) Following In Process Inspection, inspector applies ¼” green dot to every passed assembly near the Lot/Part # Identification Label. (Signifying that the component is ready for use).
