1. Step 2: CREATE MICROSOFT OUTLOOK TASK

1.1. Open "MICROSOFT OUTLOOK"

1.2. Select "TASKS"

1.3. Open "NEW TASKS"

2. ADD TO CLIENT LIST

2.1. Open "MY COMPUTER"

2.2. Open"S:"

2.3. Open "FSS ADMINISTRATION"

2.4. Open :CLIENT'S LIST"

2.5. Insert file in alphabetical order in client's list

2.6. Enter client code, client name and address

2.7. Save and close client's list

3. Step 3: MERGESET UP TASK

3.1. Name task "CLIENT CODE - CLIENT NAME - SET UP"

3.2. Open "MY COMPUTER

3.3. Open "S" drive

3.4. Open "FSS ADMINISTRATION"

3.5. Open "TEMPLATE" then "SET UP TASK SMSF"

3.6. Highlight all the template copy

3.7. Paste template in task

3.8. Save and close

4. Step 4: SCAN A NAME PERMANENT DOCUMENT

4.1. Scan documents in their group into "SCAN FOLDER"

4.2. After all documents are scanned in the computer, go to "MY COMPUTER"

4.3. Open "S:/SCAN"

4.4. Right click n each PDF and rename according to "Standard Scan and Tagging

5. Step 5: MAKE CLIENT FOLDER

5.1. Open "MY COMPUTER"

5.2. Open "S" drive

5.3. Open "FSS" Folder

5.4. Name folder the "CLIENT CODE"

5.5. In folder, create a folder name "PERMANENT"

6. Step 6: MOVE PERMANENT DOCUMENT TO CLIENT FOLDER

6.1. Open "MY COMPUTER"

6.2. Go to "S" drive

6.3. Open "Scans"

6.4. Select all "PERMANENT" documents

6.5. Copy these out of "SCANS"

6.6. Open "CLIENTS FOLDER"

6.7. Open "PERMANENT FOLDER"

6.8. Paste the document into folder

7. Step 7: FILL IN SET UP TASKS FOR ATTENDEES

7.1. Open "MICROSOFT OUTLOOK"

7.2. Open "TASKS"

7.3. Open relevant set-up task

7.4. Using employee Symbol mark yes or no to the mentioned documents in the the table

7.5. fillin all the attendances

7.6. At the bottom, type name and date

8. Step 8: ASSIGN TO SUPERVISOR

8.1. In "MICROSOFT OUTLOOK TASK", assign task to supervisor

8.2. Check 2 boxes are not ticked that are below the start and due dates

8.3. Type supervisor's name in "TC" line

8.4. Select "SEND"

9. Step 9: SUPERVISOR REVIEWS, DOWNLOADS AND COMPLETES

9.1. Supervisor receive email and opens it

9.2. Select "accept" task

9.3. Select "SEND RESPONSE NOW" in pop up box

9.4. Open "S" drive

9.5. Open "FSS CLIENT"

9.6. Open current

9.7. Open relevant client's folder

9.8. Reviews all documents

10. Step 10: TO MICROSOFT OUTLOK TASK MARKED COMPLETE

10.1. after reviewing document, open "MICROSOFT OUTLOOK TASK"

10.2. Open relevant task

10.3. mark task "completed"

10.4. Save and close
