3.2.1. It is the mother's job to reinforce the correct gender roles from an early age through the use of obentos.

4. Ideologies Learned in Nursery

4.1. The nursery age is a time where teachers easily shape the students into what will become good citizens

4.1.1. The teachers are there to reinforce ideologies of the state as well as make the students more comfortable.

4.2. The nursery age also forces the mother to be committed to the raising of their children. as they make obentos for their child until they finish the first year of grade school.

4.3. If the students and mothers are obedient to the teachers in making obentos, they are in turn viewed as being obedient to the state.
