Exercising for health is a myth.Do you agree?

1. Reduce fats from the body.
1.1. When we exercise our body burns off our fats,therefore reducing our weight.
1.2. When we exercise it burns off our fats.
2. No,i do not agree.
3. It improves our mood,thus,we will feel more younger.
3.1. After exercising,we will feel more refreshed and more energetic.
4. It makes us taller.
4.1. When we exercise,our bones is stretching,and thus our bones will grow,and it will make us taller.
