4.3.1. Listen to help, don't think about sounding smart.

4.4.1. They don't care until they know you care.

5. Value

5.1. Answer their question

5.1.1. Give them a full answer and then ask another question that expands on it if it's pertinent

5.2. Expand on their request or clarify

5.2.1. Ask a question to get clarity so you can offer a defined answer

5.3. Leave them with something they need or want or they may not even know it

5.3.1. If you are done with the conversation let them know you will send a text or email with a graphic or report that will help them
