1. Participation during the CCA

1.1. Students are not entirely focused

1.2. Students are not entirely focused during their CCA

1.2.1. Students should act on their part and participate as much as possible.

1.2.2. Make them feel more involved in the CCA so that they will not feel left out.

2. Eats up into study time (not really)

2.1. Students do not have sufficient time to study or complete their work and use their CCA as an excuse.

2.2. Students are unable to complete their homework on time because they spend too much time focusing on their CCA

2.2.1. They should learn how to manage their time effectively.

2.2.2. They may even consider dropping from the CCA if they really cannot manage both studies and CCA at the same time.

3. Discipline Issues

3.1. Students are doing things unrelated to the CCA

3.2. Students misbehaving or are not dedicated to their CCA

3.2.1. Referred to the discipline master for disciplinary action

3.2.2. Warned first and the problem is settled in the CCA instead of involving the school.

4. Environment

4.1. Students cannot concentrate on their CCA as they feel uncomfortable and distracted by their surroundings.

4.2. Students are not in the best environment to carry out their CCA sometimes.

4.2.1. Assign a separate (club)room for any practice so that they can concentrate more.
