2.1. Carries DEoxygenated blood from the fetus to the placenta

3. Foramen ovale

3.1. Septal opening between the atria of the fetal heart

4. Ductus arteriosus

4.1. Connects pulmonary artery to the aorta

4.1.1. Blood is shunted around the fetal lungs

5. Ductus venosus

5.1. Carries oxygenated blood from the umbulical vein to the inferior vena cava

5.1.1. Bypasses the liver
