2.1. 2009 Stanford University research study - 17% of charter schools had student achievement better than public schools, 40% of charter schools showed no improvement, and 37% had worse scores than the public school

3.2. Will EMOs make decisions based on increasing a profit, opposed to teaching and learning?

3.3.1. This view see people, as property, that can be exploited for commercial profit or benefit.
3.3.2. Differentiation of management and worker
3.3.2.1. Management decides what skills/attitudes are needed and the workers are to train the students. Students are viewed as a commodity and the school is viewed as a processing plant.
