2.1. The Payroll Analyst will handle high volume, complex transactions. Candidate must be familiar with all aspects of payroll including deductions and garnishments, general ledger, levy, support orders, multi-state, and taxes. Responsible for processing biweekly payroll for 1600+ employees.
3. Dept. 3: Facilities Manager
3.1. Assist department management in the development and implementation of standards and procedures that enhance a safe, comfortable, reliable, and sanitary physical working environment. Ensure that department provides support to all WMG Labels/Divisions. Maintain policies and procedures for business operations.
4. Dept. 4: Sr. Director, Accounting (WBR)
4.1. The Senior Director, Accounting is responsible for all aspects of financial accounting for Warner Bros. Records (WBR). This role oversees a team of accounting and finance professionals and directly interacts with all departments of the WBR label.
5. Dept. 1: A&R Research
5.1. 1) This position is responsible for the gathering and analysis of data, in support of identifying talented new music artists. This role requires a general knowledge of music across all popular genres, general insight into the music business and its organizational structure, a strong understanding of how major music websites and apps work (including API), and strong technical, organizational and communication skills.
