2. Introduction: the start of this term

2.1. Thank you for taking a look at my Root Cause Analysis in the first place. I'm going to explain "why the problem occured again" and "how can I solve it in the next term and hold it mine permanently."

2.1.1. As I explained last term, i didn't care about GPA score because I didn' t know how it is graded, how it help me in my life, and also didn't know that consistantly having law grade lead to unapprove my college life.

2.2. But, after the sesssion end of last term with my advaiser, i found it really important especially for the students eager to study abroad; I used to dream of studying abroad and may come to dream of it again. So, I recogonized I need to get a decent score on GPA. That was, and ofcouse I really don't let me bye to ICU, a start of this term.

2.3. But, I got a law GPA in this term again due to some reasons(except for gradual motivation down when I found I couldn't be able to reach good grade enough to study abroad through ICU educatioin system)..., than why?

3. Why①: did I got law score in this term again

3.1. Answer: firstly this is un expexted result for me, because my submition number and rate was evidently changed positively and was enough to get above D (I know there should be above above D even though my goal have changed from getting high grade to that more than D),

3.1.1. but actually there were some faults which affected my grade in the end.

3.2. In the first place, although my submition rate was improved, the contents of comment sheets and reports were not sufficient. I only care about handing in my tasks and totally dismiss the wellness inside.

3.3. Secondry, my attention deficit and lack of preparation caused troubles as usual. I overlooked the specified report style and submitted my report in wrong style, and also on the presentation day, my phone and PC's butteries were run out ,and thus couldn't reach the appointed class room on time.

3.4. Beside that, I bought old edition textbooks mistakenly online, which led to work on wrong questions.

3.4.1. those problems could be avoided if only I stayed careful and gave full preparation. I'm in need of shaking off this bad habit next term definetly. So how can I get my grade on the right truck?

4. How①: can I get my college life back in right truck?

4.1. Answer: check the information and get it in full understanding

4.3. to be honest, I did pretty well in this term. I spent time on learning at ICU such as doing extra research on web, writitng reflection note and summery of the texts.

4.4. And I well managed my academic tasks ever since the start of the spring term.

5. Why②: did I got law score in this term again

5.1. about the cause inhabited me in born

5.1.1. back in a day in private elementary school, I was the smart kid but, in the exchange for that, I was totallly differennt from others: I couldn't focus on the classes; for example, talking to the friends around me, playing a table game while class, never handing homework on time, forgetting everything told, always late for events ,etc. When I was a kindergarten student, I used to walk around, sometimes I even lie on floor...

5.1.2. So teachers were worried(and tired) about me and asked my parents to take me to a doctor. And, in the result, I am a ADHD and slitly ASD.

5.1.3. I had a lot of faults disturbing and annoying others. my parants was also tired of mannering me but my mom never gave up makeing me in a good manner and living with a common sence.

5.2. gradual shift in my life

5.2.1. my parents kindly provided a full education and more to me such as cram school, science school, swimming school, soroban school, pazzling school, etc. I sometimes hate parforming all these havey tasks, but, thanks to these education, I have gradually came to put control on my behavier, understand commen sence and "what general is"

5.2.1.1. thus hoppfully I became able to pretend like a "general person" to some extent. However there still are some difficulty I really struggle manage.

5.2.1.2. The beggest con is I cannot focus on the topics which I am not interested in.

5.2.1.3. I have a variety of interest among various fields. Music, sport, academic, art, etc. And I tend to carry into practice any idea I came up with. And whenever I found something seemed interesting, I startted to work on them in a second with my mind less thinking about the feauture or worse senario.

5.3. It's affection on my college life

5.3.1. This habbit influenced my college life. I took every classes that I thought interesting. When a term started I was eagar to learn new things and ideas. But I gradually lost my interests on what class I found, actually, not so much interesting to me. Then I came to only do the academic tasks and learning which is literally attracting to me. Thus, in the end, I got a law grade. And I didn't care about that. This was the worse senario. But I didn't know that, in the other words, I am not interested in how my grade goes.

5.4. solution last term

5.4.1. However, exactly the last term, I understood my situation and sweared that if the class I took was unattractive, I will never quit completeing tasks.

5.4.2. Unfortunately, I found one class 'Introduction to Microeconomics' did not match my academic vibe. But I have done almost all the assignment and reports, which was really hard, but I kept doing.

5.4.3. So I expected to get D at least.But, in reality, it wasn't.

5.4.4. I feedbacked myself soon after I shocked by the word 'E' The reason was clear. The contents of the comment and report was awful compared with other student.

5.5. solution next term

5.5.1. But, I couldn't do better with the unattractive topics... so I came up with the great idea, which is "the solution I finnaly discovered"

6. How②: can I get my college life back in right truck?

6.1. the solution since next term

6.1.1. I will make it a rule to check the syllabus via ICU map before my registrarion in order to avoid the worst senarious mentioned last section.

6.1.2. The pro side of my characterristic is once I found it interesting, I can put whole energy in it.

6.1.3. So, oncee again, what is important is to verify the class I want to take is truly suit my favarity.

6.1.4. bacause whar is important is the "contents" not "submission"

7. Conslusion: the start of this term

7.1. Throught out this Root Cause Analysis, I proposed 2 realistic solutions

7.1.1. one is to check the provided infomation and take a quick note as "FMI" in easy contactable source like notion

7.1.2. the other is to verify if the course that I am going to take surely suits me by making use of the syllabus posted on ICU map

7.2. I swear that, by setting these 2 solution in practice, I am going to achive wellness in my academic life in ICU again.
