2.1. A teachers "philosophy of teaching with technology" it includes values and beliefs about the integration and limits of using technology in a classroom setting

2.2. Using technology in a classroom has its pros/cons and this philosophy will guide a teacher to understand how to integrate this for the 21st century learner

3.1. Teachers need three types of knowledge: Pedagogy, Technology and Content
