1.1. The ability to use technology succesfully.
1.1.1. 1) Linguistic competence: Knowing how the language works, being able to fit together sounds to make words, and puting words into grammatical sentences.
1.1.2. 2) Sociolinguitic competence: Understanding how language is used in context, knowing what words and phrases are appropiate in any particular setting to achieve a desired communicative purpose.
1.1.3. 3) Discourse competence: Ability to create and use larger pieces of language to create texts or conduct conversations.
1.1.4. 4) Strategic Competence: The ability to recognize and repair breakdowns in a digital way through strategic planning and/or redirecting.
