1.1. Critical thinking is a skill that helps students analyse information and solve problems. Critical thinking makes problems easier to understand and solve. Critical thinking will help students to overcome problems that other students may find impossible.

2. Problem Solving (TB)
2.1. Problem solving skills are needed in every individual within a team, without them you will not be able to navigate through any problems your team or yourself might face. In 2022, problem-solving abilities were the most in-demand soft skill. In fact, 86% of employers looked for problem-solving skills on student resumes, according to the National Association of Colleges and Employers Job Outlook 2022 report.

3. Organisation (TB)
3.1. Your ability to efficiently manage time, prioritize work, define objectives, and create procedures for reaching those objectives is referred to as organizational skills. Workers with strong organizational abilities are able to manage several tasks at once, maintain concentration on due dates, and effectively complete challenging assignments.

4. Communication (AB)
4.1. Communication is vital for effective teamwork as you must co-ordinate what every member is doing, or you could find yourself doing conflicting or even the same piece of work.
4.2. Not only does communication increase productivity, as everyone can have a seperately assigned task, it also allows for clear expression of what is needed and if there are any issues.
5. Team Reflexivity (AB)
5.1. This refers to how the team can adapt and be aware of how things are happening in the team. This may include, being able to review and give valuable feedback on work presented, whether it requires team members to be ready to adapt to unforseen situations or even awareness of team mates work and performance.
5.2. This makes it so that each team member can provide reliable feedback and support to others, as well as have clear cut goals alongside adaptability and the ability to be be ready to receive criticism and third party influence.
6. Planning (DK)
6.1. Planning and organisational skills are essential as a team needs to develop a plan that all members understand, which allows them to solve problems efficiently and effectively.
