3.4. A problem with this diet is that eating meat could also be considered healthy because of the richness in protein and you do not get enough nutrients without meat

4.1. includes vegetables, fruit, nuts, grains, beans, eggs, dairy, and insect by-products (such as honey, carmine, or shellac). Also fish and shell fish.

4.3. People mainly follow it for health, meat contains saturated fat, choline and carnitine
