1. Pescetarianism: Pescetarianism or Pescetarian is a diet that includes seafood but not the meat from other animals. Often, people choose to be Pescetarian as a step towards being a Vegetarian and others do it for health reasons. Pescetarian diets are kinder to animals and environment and they are also lower in saturated fat. Mercury is found in most seafood but there may not be as much to harm people but it can do some damage to the nervous system.

2. Jain: Cannot eat food killing living things. Root items such as carrots, potatoes, garlic and mushroom because they grow under the ground. The follow it because of their religion. The benefits of it is there are less chance of getting infections from meat. The problem is that it limits what you can eat.

3. Gluten Free: Being on a gluten free diet is when you cannot eat anything that contains gluten. Gluten is a protein found in wheat. People go on this diet because they might have a disease called Celiac. Another reason people go on this diet is because it might be hard for them to consume wheat. This is very beneficial to the people who have the Celiac disease or have trouble consuming wheat. However, the disadvantages of this diet is that it limits your food choices.

4. Veganism: Veganism or Vegan is when you do not consume or eat animal products. For example: milk or eggs. Here are the reasons why people choose to go Vegan: 1. They feel disgusted when eating animal that are slaughtered for meat. 2. It also relates to their beliefs like how they think factory-farm egg-laying chicken and cows dairy leads to miserable lives. 3. Some people choose to go Vegan for environmental reasons like how they need a lot of land and water to support livestock. 4. Most people go Vegan for health reasons. The benefits of being a Vegan are that its really healthy since you cannot consume meat, you would go for healthier food choices like fruits and vegetables which means you are consuming less saturated fat and cholesterol. The problems that Vegans may face are missing out of the main nutrients in meat or animal products like calcium from cow dairy.
