1.2.1. There are some good and some bad.

1.3. Do you feel that the service clubs are fulfilling their own purposes?

1.3.1. Same answer as the previous question. Yohyoh said that there are some service councils that are not actually fulfilling their own purposes, so she and the Service Council will deal with them

2.2. How effective do you think the clubs are?

2.2.1. There are some service clubs that actually attempt to fulfill their missions by doing various activities, but there are some that are either not actually doing anything or struggling to fulfill their purpose.

2.3. Do you feel that the service clubs are fulfilling their own purposes?

2.3.1. Along with the issues with over-commitment, there is also the problem with recruitment of lower classmen, so, again, there are some service clubs that know what they are doing, while some are either clueless or struggling.
