1. IT Systems
1.1. Hardware: Physical parts that make up the computer
1.2. Software: A set of instructions that tells the device how to work. for example apps, games or operating systems.
1.3. Communication devices: Allow digital devices to communicate with eachother - internationally and globally include NIC's, routes, phones and Wifi.
2. Servers
2.1. connect the server to other compuetrs.
2.2. Storage: stores massive amounts of data files centrally so space can be freed up on individual pc's
2.3. Range of different servers, for example; a File server, Email sevrer and Web server.

3.1. Paying electronically - Faster and more secure.

4.1. Anna works for an advertising company. Her job is to design advertising material and source images to be used in advertisements posted on social media sites, websites and brochures. Sometimes while she is out shopping or having lunch in the park, she will see a scene that sparks her imagination.
4.1.1. (a) Explain two features of a smartphone which she will be able to use to quickly pass on her ideas to a member of her team back in the office (4)
