1. Youth Stories- Reyhan, Juliette

1.1. We need to constantly market to receive youth stories

1.2. We should also align them with observance months, although not really necessary

1.3. We should link relevant youth stories to Spotlight Articles

2. Feature/Spotlight Articles

2.1. When sending spotlight articles to the client, make sure to include marketing messages for it.

3. Announcements-Laura, Jessica, Reyhan

3.1. Announcements get sent to client for approval every week on Tuesday

3.1.1. They get approved within 1-2 days

3.2. Facebook posts associated with a resource for youth also go out each week

3.3. Process

3.3.1. Laura compiles announcements from various sources

3.3.2. Laura writes descriptions for all the announcements/resources for FYI, YE4C and EI.

3.3.3. She passes the YE4C announcements to Jessica so she can write FB posts for them

3.3.4. Reyhan corrects/approves the FB posts

3.3.5. They go through editing/approval

3.3.5.1. 1. Holly

3.3.5.2. 2. Mary

3.3.6. Laura uploads them on Drupal

3.3.7. They are made live once client approves them

4. Internal Event Announcements- events that AIR organizes on behalf of IWGYP

4.3. Have to plan on publicizing at least 3 weeks before the event

6. Rough Timeline and Process for Big Deliverables

6.1. Start coming up with topic ideas at least 1-2 month before intended publication date for the deliverable

6.1.1. The deliverable start date will depend on how much time you give the creator of the deliverable

6.2. Write up a short proposal on topic decided upon one week after (no later) after coming up with the list of ideas

6.3. Start creating the deliverable after approval

6.4. Have deliverable and marketing messages done 2 weeks before intended publication date (on the Tuesday announcements go out)

6.5. Send deliverable and messages through editing and approval process

6.5.1. 1. Holly or Katie

6.5.2. 2. Mary reviews

6.5.3. 3. Client Reviews and Approves

6.6. Upload it to Drupal

6.7. Have someone review it once it's on Drupal

6.8. Make it live and send marketing messages to Newsletter and Facebook team

7. Youth Topics

7.1. Need to know the process from the time they start. Who decides what we pursue? When?

8. Infographics- Katie

8.1. It will be easier to have this be associated with a new or updated spotlight article

9. Resources- Laura, Jessica

9.1. FYI- These are updated along with announcements

9.2. Youtube: make sure youtube is updated- look for videos in the resources and include them on youtube

9.3. YE4C- These are also updated with announcements but will also be updated based on the observance month

9.3.1. Process outside of announcement loop

9.3.1.1. Jessica finds resources from content specialist recommendations or newsfeed based on topic

9.3.1.2. Jessica writes descriptions for all the resources

9.3.1.3. Jessica sends to Reyhan for review and editing
