9.4. Stereotype: a simplified and standardized conception or image invested with special meaning and held in common by members of a group.

9.6. Linear-Active: individuals are private, unemotional, and task-oriented. They mind their own business and plan everything ahead. They are slaves to their schedules and only like to do one thing at a time

9.7. Multi - Active: gregarious, emotional, and people-oriented, besides being inquisitive and virtually unpredictable when it comes to timetables. Individuals in this category do several things at once, often change plans, and generally don’t mind pulling strings and seeking favours in order to get what they need.

9.8. Reactive - Cultures: Reactive individuals seem to have a lot more in common with linear-active people. The Finns, for instance, can be considered part of either group (Multi-Active, Linear-Active)

10.1. Confirmation Bias: is the tendency of people to favor information that confirms their beliefs or hypotheses.

10.2. Curriculum Vitae (CV): provides an overview of a person's experience and other qualifications.

10.3. Headhunter: is hired by firms to find talent, and to locate individuals who meet specific job requirements.

10.4. Testimonial: a written declaration certifying to a person's character, conduct, or qualifications, or to the value, excellence, etc., of a thing; a letter or written statement of recommendation.

10.5. Vacancy: a job that is available in an organization and that people can apply for.

10.6. recruiters: a company or organization that is looking for new employees.

10.7. weaknesses: the state or quality of being weak; lack of strength, firmness, vigor, or the like; feebleness.

10.8. Senior: a person of higher rank or standing than another, especially by virtue of longer service.

10.9. Human Resources: people, especially the personnel employed by a given company, institution, or the like.
