1.1.1.2. She was always being rude to everyone around her, nut mainly her mum her brother and at the begining, Emily

1.1.2.1. Because she made quite alot of bad decisions
1.1.2.2. An example of one of them would be letting a ghost live with her
1.1.3. Stuborn
1.1.3.1. Because at first she was really against the idea of Emily coming home with her
1.1.3.2. She never thought she was going to be friends with Dima but in the end she kinda was
1.2. Emily
1.2.1. Easily Angered
1.2.1.1. Because she murdered people over the tiniest thing
1.2.1.2. Because she turned on Anya in a flash
1.2.2. Insane/Stupid
1.2.2.1. Because she murdered people and she pretty much commited suicide
1.2.2.2. She turned on Anya which took away all of her chances of living with Anya
1.2.3. Lonely
1.2.3.1. She lived in a well for a few years, alone
1.2.3.2. She probably had a mental problem and didn't get the right help so she would've found it hard to make friends
1.3. Siobhan
1.3.1. Bad
1.3.1.1. She smokes, when she's probably been told not to
1.3.1.2. From the story she looked like a vampire so I'm guessing she's not nesesaraly the 'good' character.
1.3.2. Unfriendly but a good friend
1.3.2.1. She seems a very hard person to become friends with but was a really good friend to Anya, who I'm guessing she's known for a while
1.3.2.2. She doesn't exactly look very welcoming
1.3.3. Unsympathetic
1.3.3.1. She seemed to get angry at Anya quite easily
1.3.3.2. She doesn't look like the kind of person who cares about other peoples problems
2. Illustration
2.1. Cartoon-like
2.1.1. Though the illustations are quite realistic they still are cartoons
2.1.1.1. You can always tell exactly what everything is but the cartoon in them make it more interesting
2.1.1.2. I like how the author has made it a cartoon because is adds humour to the story even though the author might not have intended it
2.2. Boring
2.2.1. The colours are very limited
2.2.1.1. The colours are only blue and white
2.2.1.2. Sometimes the author includes a little black
2.2.1.3. Usually I would find this extremely boring but the author has managed to make it interesting
2.2.1.4. The impacts of these colours are not very strong. I think the author has used these colours so that you could could focus on the story more instead of the pictures, but I'm not sure.
2.2.2. The author doesn't really vary the speech bubbles and words alot
2.2.2.1. Unless the author is doing a spooky scene
2.2.2.2. The are usually the same size speech bubbles but do change around a bit
2.3. Detailed
2.3.1. The backgrounds have quite alot of suttle detail
2.3.1.1. If you look at the illustrations you will see that the backgrounds are really detailed
2.3.1.2. Though some backgrounds are just plain white or blue most backgrounds have alot of detail in them
2.3.2. The charaters faces include detail
2.3.2.1. You can always tell what the character is feeling through the emotion on thier face
2.3.2.2. The faces may not look very detailed but I have never got any mixed messages from the facial expressions
2.4. Clear
2.4.1. In all illustrations you could always tell what was happening
2.4.1.1. Every illustration was super clear and you could definitly tell what the charater was thinking or feeling
2.4.1.2. For the setting illustrations you could tell where they were even if it didn't say in the text

4. Settings
4.1. Outside settings
4.1.1. Outside the School
4.1.1.1. This is where Siobhan and Anya go behind the bush
4.1.1.1.1. They make fun of people behind the bush
4.1.1.1.2. They were also smoking behind that bush
4.1.1.2. Obviously all the students have to come here before school
4.1.1.2.1. Nothing much happens here except with Siobhan and Anya
4.1.1.3. It has a few bushes and trees but I don't know much else about ouside the school
4.2. Anya's School
4.2.1. This is where Emily helps Anya cheat on some of her tests
4.2.1.1. Emily studies and looks at other people papers for Anya
4.2.2. Anya didn't really want to come to his school at first
4.2.2.1. Because she had to move here because of Dima
4.2.2.2. She doesn't mid it as much now but she still doesn't want to be friends with Dima
4.3. Anya's House
4.3.1. Anya obviously lives here but had to move here because of Dima
4.3.1.1. Anya was not happy about this
4.3.1.2. Even at the end Anya was being stubborn, she still did not like the move but liked Dima a little more
4.3.2. Anya brought Emily here for a little while before Emily turned on her
4.3.2.1. Emily caused alot of trouble here
4.3.2.2. Anya hasn't lived here for that long
4.3.3. Anyas house is quite big, it is a 2 story house but has a tiny kitchen and really small rooms.
4.4. Emily's House
4.4.1. Not much happened here except Emily used to live here
4.4.1.1. Before she died obviously
4.4.1.2. It's really old
4.4.1.3. Emily said it probably wouldn't be standing now,
4.4.2. The well where Emily fell down was in the forest next to her house
4.4.2.1. The well is closer to the house though
4.5. The barn
4.5.1. This is located near Emilys house
4.5.1.1. Emilys parents rent out the barn to anyone passing through
4.5.2. This is where Emily murdered her parents
4.5.2.1. She set the barn on fire so it will no longer be there
4.5.2.2. She obviously murdered her parents with the fire
4.5.3. There isn't really any pictures or explanations of the barn but I suspect it would be quite big and nicely furnished because people used to live there
4.6. The Well
4.6.1. This is where Emily fell and died
4.6.1.1. She fell down here after the murder
4.6.1.2. Her skeleton is still down here
4.6.1.3. Anya put Emily back down here after Emily fell down here after Emily turned on Anya
4.6.2. The well is really deep and mainly made of dirt. It is really dark down there which is expected
5. Format & Layout
5.1. Panels
5.1.1. The panels are all diffrerent sizes
5.1.1.1. I think this is so it makes it more interesting for the reader
5.1.1.2. The panels range from heaps of different lengths and widths all throughout the book
5.1.1.3. This adds more to the effect of the layout.
5.1.2. The panels are usually quite big though
5.1.2.1. This makes it easier to read
5.1.2.2. This gives plenty of room for the text
5.2. Text to Illustrations
5.2.1. The relationship was very good
5.2.1.1. The color scheme was kept through the text and the pictures
5.2.1.2. The color scheme sounds confusing but was actually set up really well, the author did a good job of it
5.2.2. All the emotions on the pictures matched the type of text displayed
5.2.2.1. If the character was angry, you could definitly tell because the writing was big and bold and the expression on the characters face look furious
5.2.2.2. The author set up the text in a couple of different ways to work with the picture and all of them really did work
5.3. Gutters
5.3.1. The vetrical gutters are a different width to the horizontal gutters
5.3.1.1. This is a very small detail that you wouldn't really notice at first
5.3.1.2. It does make it a bit more interesting though
