Individual work # 5 Karina Lys

1. After little "couple of flakes", the marvelous actions begins in life of our Prima Donna! Connor awakens every morning and to find it is again February 2, and his day unfolds in exactly the same way.

2. First of all, he understands that he can do all he longs to and he does it.

3. Soon Phil realises that he stucks and doesn`t know how to cope this situation. The "celebrity" even tries to commit a suicide in a different way. It stresses that Phil is very versatile person:)

4. We can notice that before this "curse", Phil was unpleasant and egocentric man, but after he has enough time to learn many complex skills, such as how to play jazz piano, speak French, sculpt ice, and memorize the life story of almost everyone in town.

5. Connor begins to understand not only his desires, but also people`s feelings. It makes him an appreciated and beloved man in the town.

6. Phil Connor (Bill Murray) is an arrogant and smarmy weatherman for a local TV news station in Pittsburgh, his new producer Rita (Andie MacDowell) is lovely and amazing woman, and cameraman Larry (Chris Elliott) is little jerk, but funny. They go to Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania to film the annual Groundhog Day festival, where the main question is whether Punxsutawney Phil will see his shadow.

7. "Groundhog Day" is the great film, which has deep moral thought. The film teach us not to give up and to be upbeat in any way.

8. Phil loathes the annual celebration and is surly throughout the proceedings, wanting nothing more than to check out and go home. That proves impossible when a sudden blizzard arrives and closes the roads, forcing Phil and the crew to stay the night.

9. Eventually, the protagonist discovers the real find Rita, he gets close to her. Furthermore, he's falling in love with Rita and therefore wants to be someone that she could love in return. And we see the happy end with brand new day and sweet couple.
