1. Unit 1

1.1. 1-crisis : a stage in a sequence of events at which the trend of all future events, especially for better or for worse, is determined; turning point.

1.2. 2-director : one of a group of persons chosen to control or govern the affairs of a company or corporation: a board of directors.

3.2. 2- budget : an estimate, often itemized, of expected income and expense for a given period in the future.
