1.1. 1- autonomous : self-governing; independent; subject to its own laws only.
1.2. 2- budget : an estimate, often itemized, of expected income and expense for a given period in the future.
1.3. 3- collaborating : to work, one with another; cooperate, as on a literary work: They collaborated on a novel.
1.4. 4- conflicts : to come into collision or disagreement; be contradictory, at variance, or in opposition; clash: The account of one eyewitness conflicted with that of the other. My class conflicts with my going to the concert.
