Why do employees value attributes and attitude

1. Honesty - Honesty is important as employees expect all staff to be honest. Instances of employees theft and fraud are in high rise so employees need to know that you will be honest in such circumstances.
2. Good Communication Skills - Good communication skills is very important as this allows people to work as a team which is part of every job.
3. Professionalism - Professionalism is important as it will tell the employee if you have confidence in yourself, this could affect you in stuff such as closing a deal, business lunch or representing the company in a formal function.
4. Hard Working - Hard working is an important attribute because employees look for their staff to be hard working so that they will get all there work in on time.
5. Positive Attitude - A positive Attitude is really important because no one wants to be around someone who is never happy and is always moaning and cannot be expected to be promoted or hired.
