The declaration also protects are Inalienable rights (Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.) The declaration also states that the united states are ruled by the people. It also protects are natural law.

The second thing you need to know about the Constitution is that it abolishes slavery. Another thing you need to know is that it gives us right to bear arms. The Bill of rights also gives us a right to fair trail. And lastly the Bill of rights is a part of the Constitution.

Feared that too much power in the hands of the masses and strongly supported the U.S. Constitution. Federalist papers were originally in the New York papers but then later was published. People who were Federalist included Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and John Jay.

Another thing we need to know is that it was contributed towards the constitution. People who were Anti-Federalist included Thomas Jefferson, James Monroe, and Patrick Henry.

7.10. The confederation only had limited power over the states. Created a one branch government. Was written to govern the 13 states during the war. It is what lead us to make the constitution. All 13 states had to agree to make changes.
