2. October 2014 Module 4 Effective Feedback

2.1. Beg. of November 2014 District Teacher/Admin. Eval. Team to present the components of Effective Feedback to entire building staff

3. November 2014 Development of "Look Fors" by District Teacher/Admin. Eval. Team

3.1. Beg. of December 2014 District Teacher/Admin. Eval. Team to extend the "Look For" list with input from their building's teachers

4. November 2014 Training on SLOs (Student Learning Objectives) to District Teacher/Admin. Eval. Team

4.1. District Teacher/Admin. Eval. Team to work with building teams to develop age appropriate SLOs for their students.

5. January 2015-May 2015 Finalize Evaluation Process and Evaluation Forms with Board Of Education

6. August 2015 Implementation of first year of new DESE Teacher Eval. Model

7. December 2014 Development of Teacher Eval. Rubric with District Teacher/Admin. Eval. Team

7.1. Early January 2015 District Teacher/Admin. Eval Team to share and adjust Rubric

8. September 2014 Module 1 Foundations Development of a District Teacher/ Admin. Eval Team for training of entire staff through the SC RPDC

8.1. Late September 2014 District Teacher/Admin. Eval Team will train teachers on the foundations of the DESE Evaluation Model
