1. Basic requirements
1.1. Expect to spend 90 minutes on the test.
1.2. Must be completed on a word processor
2. Implementation
2.1. 3: Describes some of the appropriate support and guidence to assist the teacher in implementing the integration of technology into the classroom.
2.2. 4: Thouroughly describes appropriate support and guidance to be given to assist the teacher in implementing the integration of technology into the lesson.
2.3. 2: Weakly or incompletely describes some of the appropriate support and guidance to be given to assist the teacher in implementing the integration of technology into the lesson.
2.4. 1: Describes few, if any of the aspects necessary to assist the teacher in implementing the integration of technology into the lesson.
3. Instructional Support and Guidance
3.1. 4: Demonstrates a thourough understanding of how to effectively mentor and give feedback to the teacher in the evaluation of the lesson.
3.2. 3: Demonstrates a general understanding of how to mentor and give feedback to the teacher in the evaluation of the lesson.
3.3. 2: Demonstrates a partial understanding of how to mentor and give feedback to the teacher in the evaluation of the lesson.
3.4. 1: Does not address or demonstrates a lack of understanding of how to mentor and give feedback to the teacher in the evaluation of the lesson.
4. Adaptation of Technology
4.1. 4: Response selects a technology used in the lesson AND includes a thorogh justification for the appropriate adaptation of the technology for usie in the specified alternate learning situation.
4.2. 3: Response selects a technology used in the lesson AND includes an acceptable justification for the adaptation of the technology for use in the specific alternate learning situation. Justification may be incomplete.
4.3. 2: Response selects a technology used in the lesson AND includes only a partial or weak justification for the adaption of the technology for use in the specified alternate learning situation.
4.4. 1: Response does not select a technology used in the lesson, OR does not include at least a partial justification ofr the adaption of the technology into the appropriate curriculum OR gives a justification for the adaption of the technology into an inappropriate curriculum.
5. Appropriateness of Technology
5.1. 4: Includes 3 available technologies and justifications for their integration
5.2. 3: Includes 3 available technologies and partial justification for their integration. Justifications may be incomplete, but there are no major inaccuracies
5.3. 2: Includes only 2 of the required appropriate technologies and at least a partial justification for use in the lesson. No more than one of the technologies chosen is inappropriate or at least partially justified.
5.4. 1: Does not identify at least two of the required appropriate available technologies OR does not include at least a partial justification for their integration.
6. Planning
6.1. 4: Response describes appropriate support and guidence to be given to assis the teacher in planning and effective lesson AND takes into account the diverse needs of students.
6.2. 3: Describes appropriate support and guidence but does not take into account diverse needs of students OR describes some appropriate support and guidance to be given to a teacher in planning an effective lesson and also takes into account diverse needs of students
6.3. 2: Describes some of the appropriate support and guidance to be given to assist the teacher in planning an effective lesson, but does not include the diverse needs of students OR weakly describes some of the appropriate support and guidence to be given to the teacher but it also includes an attempt to take into account the diverse needs of students.
6.4. 1: Weakly describes some of the appropriate support and guidance to be given to assist the teacher in planning an effective lesson, but does not include the diverse needs of students OR describes few if any of the aspects necessary to assist the teacher in planning an effective lesson.
