1.1. Love-hate relationship

1.2. love reading books that I choose on my own

1.3. hate reading books that were mandatory to read in school

1.4. love reading to live vicariously though the characters especially since I was very busy growing up being a competitive dancer for 14 years, being at the studio 30+ hours a week, competing almost every weekend, along w/ my other hobbies

1.5. hate analyzing the "imaginary concepts and ideas" of a text in school b/c I never understood how to & b/c it makes no sense. Anybody can analyze a text & assume it to mean one thing while someone else assumes it to mean another thing. How do you know what's right? How do you even know that's what the author even meant?

1.6. Growing up speaking 4 different languages makes it a bit tough to understand certain things.

1.7. I can read really fast, but that means nothing in a writing class like this one

2.1. Like to write just depends on the topic

2.2. hardest part of writing in my opinion is finding a good starting point. once that's figured out it's easy to take off from there
