4. Goals
4.1. To install a software system to support project management and the PMO across Europe. Catering for top level management and reporting as well as projects and initiatives of all sizes.
4.2. To find a platform that covers the full scope of their project requirements from small to large, simple to detailed.
4.3. To find a system that supports the entire professional services life-cycle from bid to delivery.
4.4. The ability to improve associated revenue and margin, ROI is key.
5. Problems & Challenges
5.1. Current software in place is too "Clunky" (Oracle Projects) as described by the PMO.
5.2. Current system was not picked up by the majority of users and has caused people to return to relying on excel spread sheets and outlook.
5.3. 19 PMO based all across Europe with no single platform for managing and communicating on a project level.
5.4. Lack of comprehensive reporting tools at a high level
